We welcome you to our guest flat which is attached to our home in Portmahomack. The flat has its own front door and wee porch  - handy for boots and coats and dog beds! Entering via the kitchen, you’ll find the bedroom with double bed and en suite shower and loo to the right, and sitting room with lovely sea views to the left.

We are a sand dune away from a safe beach and coastal walks where you may be lucky and see otters, seals and some of the Moray Firth dolphins. The village has good variety of eating places, plus a golf course with a hospitable clubhouse. The general store has a good choice of foodstuffs which you can cook in our well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen cupboard always has a supply of basics (tea, coffee, cereals, a few tins and fresh milk and bread) to which you are most welcome.
